The Dad and Mom of Jamie. Larry is the brains behind all aspects of the race team. His knowledge about racing and his passion for it helps the team also be prepared and ready for the what comes their way. Jeanie is a very supportive mother whose duties include: getting the lineup, cleaning the helmets and putting on tearoffs and being a positive reinforcement.

Jody is part owner of both White Lightning Motorsports sprint cars. Jody's time and dedication to the team is vital. Jody is the engine guy on the team. He always preps the engines for race day and also fuels them at the track. Jody is the power behind the team.

Devin aka DEVINE, is the best friend of Jamie. Devin has always been interested in racing since a young age. In 2008 Devin started racing the same outlaw dirt kart class as Jamie and they became friends. Since 2008 Devin has been apart of Jamie's race teams and he continues to learn and become better each week. Devin spends a lot of time in the shop during the week with Jamie performing weekly duties.

Dwight is your all around crew member. The familiarity with the sport of sprint car racing is Dwight's biggest attribute. Dwight has been working on sprint cars for over 25 years. His knowledge and experience is great and he is able to perform all duties with no assistance.

Chad is the newest edition to White Lightning Motorsports. Chad is a Knoxville native who helped Ricky Logan back in the day. Since moving from WI to Knoxville Chad has became apart of the team.

Josh is the coolest! Nobody is more cool than Joshman!

Jamie's girlfriend since 2007, Sadi is very much involved in the race team. During the races she sits in the stands and video tapes all the races so that Jamie & Larry can review their races after they leave the track. After the races Sadi comes into the pits and takes charge of the merchandise sales in the trailer.
